Two people recommended to me by a friend at a big mortgage company to help me sell my Mom’s house after she passed. I chose Kevin because I really felt like he would work his butt off for me and my sisters.

To get the house ready, I removed as much stuff as I could. Then Kevin took over as I really didn’t/couldn’t be involved anymore – and he did. He had people come and remove old landscaping at super reasonable pricing, had people to clean the house and replace a broken window and install new shower doors (all very reasonable, too). He even arranged for the final junk (like an old dresser in the garage and paint cans that were 40 years old) to be removed. He just took care of it.

He kept the look-y-loo’s away along with the flippers. When we got an offer we liked and went forward, he managed everything for m there including a last minute little leak in the roof. Kevin said his real value came during escrow and it’s true. When the buyer tried to bring down the price after the inspection, we were reasonable and fair but we stayed true to our original deal.

I would use Kevin again in a heartbeat. His office assistant Tami was awesome too. They really cared about doing their best for me, my Mom and my sisters. 

Kevin just sold my parents’ house in the San Carlos area, and it all went perfectly! We are active real estate investors and we know how crucial it is to have a knowledgeable experienced broker when buying or selling, so we always use the best. Kevin is absolutely the “go-to-guy”, and he did a great job. Anybody can list and show a house, but there is much more to selling one quickly and smoothly.
